We are open Sunday - Wednesday 10.00am - 6.00pm from April to October

Group Bookings / Charges

We accept group bookings of 12 or more visitors on any day of the week, evenings included. Coach parking is free. Garden tours with the owner are available for a small extra charge. Booking is essential.

12 or more visitors: £3.50

With a guided tour: £4.00

National Garden Scheme Days

The garden will be open in aid of the NGS on 15th June 2008 and August 17th 2008. This scheme supports many charities, notably the Macmillan Cancer Relief fund.

Daphne du Maurier festival

During the Daphne du Maurier festival - Thursday 8th May to Saturday 17th May 2008 inclusive - the garden will be open everyday from 10am to 6pm.

Morning coffee / afternoon / cream teas will be available

The House on The Strand

The novel "The House on The Strand" was set in the tidal creek in which the garden lies. In 2006 an adaptation of the novel was staged here and attracted more than 2000 people.
